This is absolutely bar none the worst piece of crap I have ever seen.  Someone here remarked they had one as a kid, yeah, well so did I but that's irrelevant since this in NO WAY RESEMBLES the memory of a working machine.  My four year and old and I have agreed to throw the thing in the trash.  This is a complete waste of resources from start to finish.  The thing falls apart with almost every turn, requires two people to hold an turn the handle and only made enough ice - even cheating and using crushed ice from the fridge - to fill a thimble.  This is great if you want to make one son cone for a mouse.  A mouse that you don't particularly like.  Also, the powder (we were planning to use organic juice and sugar) provided contains ASPARTAME and FOOD COLORING.  Run for your lives.  Want to make sno cones for FREE?  Take some clean snow from outdoors during winter months, add some juice and let the kids pretend they are at the beach.  I HATE this product.
Darn there is now way to give it a minus 10 rating.

This is a piece of junk.  It was my son's Santa present that he asked for.  The handle falls apart while grinding the ice.
Takes forever to make one little snowcone.

    Sadly this was a disappointment

I had one of these as a kid and was super excited to give this as a gift for Christmas to my kids.
But I ran into a couple issues.
-The powdered syrup mix was crunchy and didn't taste very good.
-The handle keeps popping off the back when you try to shave the ice.

So, sadly this isn't very easy to use. It is still cute and the idea is nice, just poor manufacturing/design in my opinion.

Horrible quality and hazard to children

On its first use, a metal piece holding the shaving blades popped out into the shavings in the cup. The snowman cap leaks red syrup everywhere. Piece of junk and hazard to children.
