We have many Thomas & Friends trains. (and track!) They are all well made. My 4 yr old son adores them all. This was a find on sale!

My kid loves this little train. He's got a bunch of these Thomas engine trains. They're sturdy, wooden toys like what used to be made. He's not broken one of the wooden ones yet and plays with them all the time. A little pricey but good.

I purchased this engine for my 2 year old grandson. Several of the engines and co-responding stations, etc. with the Thomas Wooden sets trigger an announcement or action when they cross over a specific spot of track. This is one of those engines and is priced accordingly. My grandson quickly learned the verbage and repeats what the conductor or station master says. Lots of fun for both of us. CJCF
