    Fun for kids and adults!

Our family has lots of board games, probably over 100. But Tsuro seems to be one that we play more than the others because it's easy to teach it to new players. I think the box says for Ages 8+; That's probably on there because the playing pieces are stones that stand up and are about 1" tall by 3/4" wide. My kids have been playing this game since they were 6. The game board is very cool with a dragon on it with squares marked off in a grid pattern. Each player gets cards that have several paths on them for you to choose your next move. The object is to follow your path and stay on the board. There is strategy involved, because the more players you have, the paths will start crossing. We like it because it's easy to teach to friends and can accommodate 8 players. Highly recommended!!

Best board game I've played in years!

A friend of mine brought this to our weekly coffeehouse gathering last night. The beauty of this game is that it is rules and gameplay are extremely simple, yet the game is quite challenging. It employs planning, strategy and thinking several turns ahead each time you play. We played with 5 players at a time, the average game lasted about 30 minutes, and we were all ready to start another game as soon as the last game ended. Unfortunate that the game board and pieces are not illustrated at this site, I simply don't have time to describe the game here. Needless to say, I am buying this game at my first opportunity and can't wait to play it with my wife and 10-year old son.
