    They Lied

The last sentence of their description is a LIE. They wrote "Each state features its own capitol, and is a separate piece..." Actually, Va, WVa, Del, Md, Pa & NJ are all one piece; and NY, Conn, RI, Mass, NH & Vt are all another piece. No mistake. They lied.
