    Vendor, not toy, the problem

I placed an order for this toy on November 30, 2012 so that it would arrive in plenty of time for Christmas. I used Barnes & Noble, even though it was more expensive than same product on Amazon because I had a gift card. On December 10, 2012, the item still hadn't been received so I checked the status. It had been canceled. I called customer support and a nice foreign woman told me it had been canceled by the warehouse and that she could put the money back on the gift card but there would be no toy. For my trouble I was given free shipping on a future purchase. There will be no future on-line purchases with Barnes & Noble.
