    came in terrible condition

    I ordered 2 of these posters, and when I recieved them they were in a normal box, no cylinder or anything, and so the posters were smooshed and really crinkled. I've called customer service 3 times and have waited over a month to return these items, but they still have not sent me a return label to send back. I think if the posters were sent in a different packaging none of this would have happened, but I know I won't be ordering from here anymore..it's been really annoying, and this was supposed to be for someone's birthday, but now they're getting it 2 months late. so I recommend not getting posters from here...
