Buying a home is one of the most stressful experiences in life one can have -- and probably will occur time and again over a lifetime. There is no other reference available that touches the human aspect of this process like this book does. Instead of listing a litany of facts and checklists, this book explores and clarifies our individual unique personal nesting preferences to let us think with our hearts as well as our loan to debt ratios. I am in the real estate business, and will give a copy of this book to each serious client, as well as to the other agents in the office.

Buy this book!!!
This book is packed with info on how to make the right housing decisions for yourself. A co-worker gave me a copy and I haven't been able to put it down. My fiance and I are in the process of purchasing our first home together and this will set us off on the right path.
