Literary Material for Bookworms and Diagram Lovers
This book has many excellent diagrams that are fun and educating to study. However, some choices seem odd, confusing, or messy. Overall, however, this is not an issue. I would recommend it!Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

This lovely book tells the stories behind 100 of the most influential diagrams of all time. The chronological layout illustrates advances in human ingenuity, beginning with the Chauvet Cave drawings and ending with the sketch of the world wide web. It is the type of book that you can pick up again and again and examine different gems each time. This prolific author has found yet another topic to enlighten us on. It will be a great gift this holiday season for people of all ages and of all interests. A picture tells a thousand words, and Christianson's informative and fascinating descriptions add context to each of these amazing illustrations. Was this review helpful? I would like to see more contemporary diagrams about global warming and modern medicine- things that might give us more hope as the world continues changing. Perhaps this could be a series?
