A Huge beautiful Vegetarian Cookbook
This Cookbook is Huge, with a beautiful picture for each recipe!! I just received this cookbook, and therefore have not made anything from it. I flipped through the cookbook and it has alot of wonderful ideas for vegatarian cooking. My two complaints would be that many of the recipes (which list their fat content, but do not list their fiber content) are High in Fat and the Fiber count in missing, which I need, being on Weight Watchers. Nutritional information provided for each recipe is: Calories, Protein, Carbohydrates, Sugars, Fat, and Saturates, but does not list how many servings each recipe is for, just that the nutritional info is for one serving!!?? This recipe book is just amazing! I have made about 20 items from this recipe book ranging from soups and snacks to appetizers and deserts. They all tasted delicious. What I really like about this book is that it clearly states instructions, the ingredients, the amount of time it'll take to cook, even nutritional information, and of course the colorful pictures. Great Recipe Book
This book is a wonderful way to learn how to cook tastey vegetarian dishes, not to mention a great variety.
