Tons of variety and flavorful ideas (like using different flavors of popcorn seasoning instead of the standard old salt, pepper, blah, blah, blah). The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because some of the recipes are very similar to each other within an ingredient or two, but otherwise, a great, healthy cookbook.
