I wanted something to listen to in spare moments, in the car, etc to encourage my brain to follow positive neural pathways instead of negative ones. This (and the Affirmations for Self Esteem) worked so well I had to reduce my antidepressant dosage! Recommend putting it on in the background anywhere, it still seems to work even if I'm not really listening to it.
