Excellent. It's my new favorite cookbook.
In the past 8 weeks I've made 8 different gluten-free breads from this book using a Cuisinart bread machine, and every loaf has been excellent. The book contains useful and important tips, so it pays to read the introductory section. I'd never made bread before, but after buying the necessary gluten-free items for my pantry and following the instructions to the word, I've had great results. Try the Cottage Cheese Dill Loaf on page 98. It's our favorite. I also appreciate that the author includes a chart of nutritional values for every recipe.
