    Don't waste your money. This "compilation" can be foun

    Don't waste your money. This "compilation" can be found several places on the internet. This is not a cookbook. It's a collection of recipes found while trolling the Internet. There is no consistency in the formatting of the recipes. Some have ingredient lists, others list the ingredients in the instructions. Units of measure are inconsistent: cups, C, tbsp, Tbs, cc, ml, grams..

    The recipes are terrible. There are two versions of Homemade Vanilla. One calls for 2 cups of sugar sources to 1-1/2 to 2 cups of cream. The other calls for 1-1/2 cups sugar to 10 cups of cream/milk. Anyone with just a little knowledge of ice cream making would know this is crazy. I can almost guarantee that both recipes will fail miserably.

    I can't believe B&N actually offers this atrocity.

    The eBook has no index or table of contents. Impossible to navigate. Many recipe based on the Old Time Vanilla ice cream which is made with raw eggs......... Salmonella. The suggested substitute is Egg Beaters, i.e. egg WHITES. What's the point? Take your $2.99 and invest in a Good ice cream cookbook.

    Good stuff, good book

    Good recipes. Worth the inexpensive price. Wish more quality books were this cheap.
