This book is WONDERFUL. The recipes are easy, with commonplace ingredients - things already in your kitchen. I was struggling a little to come up with vegetarian meal ideas. This book has done a great job of filling the need. I haven't found a recipe so far that I don't like. The sauces are great, and a wonderful resource for other dishes. Very pleased. Makes cooking without meat a delight!
