    Resurgem!

Dick Morris was a Democratic strategist who helped Bill Clinton get elected twice. He became disillusioned by both President and First Lady, and horrified by the ways of the Democratic Party, and has joined the fight to get conservative Republicans elected wherever possible, and ANY Republican elected where there is no conservative available, since the congressional majorities determine who gets to be Speaker, who gets to hand out committee chairmanships, and whose legislation comes up for a vote.

Morris and presents a sober analysis of what seats are likely to be in play, why the incumbants do or (usually) don't deserve to keep them, who the likely challengers are, and on what lines to campaign.

Morris and McGann also pass along his hard-earned wisdom of how to frame campaign issues and how to reply agressively and effectively to campaign ads that distort a candidate's record. And he warns that candidates and their staffs MUST anticipate such attacks and have clear, truthful replies ready ahead of time. He shows how to carry the campaign into cyberspace, and contrasts effective and ineffective use of the media.

This is certainly a book for those involved in political campaigns at any level. It is HIGHLY topical. History will tell whether the advice in the latter part has enduring value, and how much, and it will be interesting, at least, to compare the outcome of the 10/2010 elections with the prognostications of Morris and McGann.

    AMERICA 2010

i am a liberal libertarian believing in small government... no big buckets of money... local over remote... smaller over big... simple over complex... clear language as possible over legalese... written over vapor... read and comprehended over vapor... a true free market over the clumsy hand of government...

i do not think you can legislate... regulate... oversee... HONESTY, ETHICS and INTEGRITY

this is my outlook... i am digesting 2010 TAKING BACK AMERICA for a rational approach... DICK MORRIS as the ultimate insider for President Clinton. He has a unique view and an outlook to tell us. Regardless of your politics you can not deny his expertise on the road map he lays out.

Let me know what you think...

We owe the Democrats a debt of gratitute

The greatest leaders in fighting for an integrated America in
the twentieth century were in the Democratic Party. The fact
is, it was the liberal wing of the Democratic Party that ended
segregation. The fact is that it was Franklin Delano Roosevelt
who gave hope to a nation that was in despair and could have
slid into dictatorship. And the fact is, every Republican has
much to learn from studying what the Democrats did right.
