A great way to keep in touch with new music
It happens to all of us eventually. We're getting older and busier, and before you know it you have no idea of what music is in the billboard hot 100. It happened to me a few years before I started having children, and as a result there is about a decade of popular music that totally passed me by. Fast forward to the time when those children started listening to popular music. All the sudden they were singing things to one another that I had never heard of, and were complaining about the "oldies" we played on the car stereo during trips.

The solution? The Grammy Nominees CDS. They've been putting these collections out for quite a few years now. They're practically guaranteed to contain those songs that your children are singing to one another. The real bonus is that they help you find musicians whose music you might like to buy more of. A win-win situation for any parent whose children are old enough to be finding music on their own. -
Another Winner
These Grammy compilations are the best. I have them all. Plus I pre-ordered this one and got it before the Grammy's aired.
