Excellent for newbies, long time vegans, and non-vegans as well
The recipes really can be completed in 30 minutes and there are often delicious variations if you have a little more time. I got this because I loved the first 30 minute vegan book but was worried about repetition. That is not a problem - these recipes are different from the asian ones in the first book and are not just slight variations.
