New Sound - Out Of This World...Or Atleast This Planet

With many rock bands forming on the scene, it's the perfect opportunity for any type of band to emerge. 30 Seconds To Mars did just that. Their revolutionary new sound captures everyone's attention. Their debut single, "Capricorn (A brand new name)" definately caught my attention. I went out to buy their debut self titled album the weekend after it came out. I was surely not disappointed. Their technical rock sound isn't overdone like some bands, and the interpretive lyrics are quite interesting. They combine different elements for each song, to where it doesn't sound like the same song for 11 tracks. I rate this album a 4 and recommend it for all types of rock fans.

This is no ordnary review, OK

"30 Seconds to Mars" has to be one of the best new hit bands that I have ever heard. They make Lost Prophets sound like a nursery rhyme. They are not very well known in some place but they are hits in the areas that they have visited. Sounds are very well balanced so nothing is over-projected. Vocals are amazing, flow perfectly with each other. I was amazed myself when I first heard this band. and hopefully you will, too.
