    Great little book

I suppose it could be called a self-help book. That's where I stumbled across it. Nothing profound inside just little bits and stray thoughts that make you smile. Great to keep at work to give you a little boost now and then and perfect at the bedside to help you start or end the day on a positive note.

    Everyone loved it!

I gave this book to my children, my nieces, my sister and my assistant as holiday gifts and everyone loved it! They started looking through it as soon as they unwrapped it. The most frequent comment was 'Thanks! I really need this.' It seems that everyone feels the need to relax and the ideas in this book are easy to do, most without any preparation or props. The suggestions are easy and make you feel good about yourself, making it easy to relax.

    Relaxing Man

I recently purchased this book - 365 ways to Relax by Barbara Heller. It's in my bathroom which is where I do most of my reading. I read a few pages each time I go in there, and it reminds me that there are important things that I often skip to do more work. It has made me begin to start taking more breaks, turn off my computer while I am on break so I can't sneak back in there to check email when I should be looking at the yard or my daughter. This book will be a good gift for anyone you know who spends too much time 'doing what he's supposed to be doing' instead of doing what he's supposed to be doing, if you know what I mean.

    365 Ways

This little book packs all sorts of great stuff into it from yogic 'swan stretches' to advice on 'treating your feet.' Most of the time little books like this are mindless, cutsie and useless. Heller's book, on the other hand, has got interesting, fun, practical and sometimes even, wise things tucked into it's 365 pages (or a few more actually)! I would recommend the book for yourself, or buy 20 or so to give to everyone you can think of for the holidays. I have already purchased several copies I am planning to give to my patients.
