    Poor advertising

I just purchased this book and was sorely disappointed once I started reading it. This book is for MEN, after re-reading the description, there is one sentence that alludes this but based on the cover, dust jacket, and even the Carmichael 5 essentials emails I have been receiving there had been no mention that this book does not cover women's issues or even a uni-sex program. It's a male program, will be returning the book.

Brilliant Book with Super Effective Information

How great is this! This book shows how to get your life on track in several key areas (work, home, nutrition, wieght, fitness....). The methods and information are so good that this is a MUST READ book. It does require a little bit more thinking than a lot of books, because Carmichael gives you the real deal on training, eating, and foods, which is pretty advanced. Even so, it is not hard to follow and use. The discussions about his own life and his interactions with Lance Armstrong, and the case studies of real people were very nice. There was also a great section on medical testing that the author recommends. And, there are great menus and recipes. Simply a brilliant and potent book. Exceptional really and a MUST read for anyone serious about getting things together in life.
