    I throughly enjoyed reading

    This book although i thought it was short. I found the book to be educational and entertaining. I do recommend this book who is trying to lose weight for the first time or is trying to get back on track as i am.

    By setting goals and making one choice at a time rather than jumping on the dieting roller coaster, DiVecchio tells her personal tale of finding a different way to look at weight loss. Hers is a sensible and encouraging account that motivates you to take that first step and keep making better choices to achieve your goal.

    Great Read

    This book is broken up into sections perfectly, which really makes it a great (and most importantly, useable!) choice for a inspirational weight-loss book. Some books can get caught up in the clutter--do this, don't do that, sometimes do this--for hundreds of pages. Instead, DiVecchio gives you exactly what you need to know (and want)--support, advice, and even recipes to do it yourself. Plus, at only 120 pages, it's the perfect size to read again and again--whenever you need a pickmeup.

    Great Book.

    I enjoyed reading this book. Insightful. I like how the author turned the negative into positive. It is more than a weight loss book. I highly recommend this book. The recipes are just an added bonus.

    I can't wait to read this book! I have struggled with weight issues myself and can't wait to read the insights of one person who won the battle without gimmicks and fad diets.
