Meet Chester Raccoon and follow him in a day of his life as he practices recognizing his color. If you or someone you know is learning their colors this is a wonderful game to see how good you are spotting the different colors around you. Whether it is a white towel hanging on the line or a yellow flower in a neighbor's garden. We are surrounded by color and together they make a beautiful world. See how many colors you can spot throughout Chester's day. Then see how many you can see around you. Soon you will be able to recognize so may more. Chester Raccoon practices every day and if you do too you can surprise everyone with how good you are.
This is a wonderful book to help the youngsters in our lives learn their colors in a fun and delightful way. Not only do we get to enjoy the story by Audrey Penn, but we get to see the beautiful illustrations by Barbara Leonard Gibson. Enjoy sharing the fun with your young readers. Teach them the joy of reading and open the world for them tomorrow.

Illustrated very colorful children's book. Not only good for colors but counting games as well.
TYpical day in the life of Chester the Raccoon and what creatures he comes across and their color. Quite the selection of animals, birds and other natural things.
Book at the end suggests you play the color game and first start with white...
