Great for son and family
My daughter-in-law fell in February, broke her knee cap, dislocated her knee, broke her ankle and foot in 3 places. She HAS to stay off her feet for 2 months. They have four little boys who seem to think that they must eat three times a day (go figure). I purchased this book and several other A Man, A Can books for them. Now my son and his older boys can do some of the cooking and meal planning. These books are very informative and interesting and very useful. Thanks for carrying these products. They have come in very handy in a serious situation.

Fabulous Find!!
I bought three, one for each of my sons. One has already left home and has found that the pictures and easy recipes give him something more than fast food to have for dinner. The pictures even help him find the items in the store.

A grear cookbook for the man just moving out on his own.
I bought this book for my son who has recently moved into his own apartment. The recipes are written in a very direct manner and use both easy ingredients and instructions. It's easy to plan the meals and create a shopping list. The recipes include a "serve with" section that provides ideas for side dishes to round out the meal.

The cooking skills needed are at a beginner's level.
My son has used this book several times and has proudly announced that the foor was great! He said it's pretty fool proof. Not sure if he meant it was guaranteed to come out tasting good or any fool could cook with this cookbook! -

Great book for beginners in the kitchen
The book is perfect for those who do not like to spend time in the kitchen. The book was a gift to my husband but I like to used it too!!! Maybe it will be the first step for my son to take some initiative in the kitchen. The recipes only have few items, the time of preparation is fast and the illustrations of the recipes are colorful!!!

Great cook book for the budding chef
I found this cook book to be an easy one to follow - it's spelled out for you step by step for meals that are nutritious and tasty. I would recommend this book to all those single guys out there who like to cook, but don't have the time to spent hours in the kitchen. Great pick!

How to help a College Student eat!
I purchased this book for my 20 yr old son who was away at college and getting his first apartment. He was not going to have mom to cook for him or the college meal plan! He was looking for easy to make but good to eat recipes and this book fit the bill perfectly!

My son is a beginner cook but this book lists ingredients by showing you which food to buy. The extra ingredients are listed below and are easy to locate. The recipes themselves are easy to do and are funny too!
I recommend this book to college freshmen and bachelors that don't know how to cook. -
