This was an okay book. Not the best, but also not the worst. What I didn't like was Ronnie being so indecisive and spineless. Seriously, he didn't know how to say no when someone was being sexually aggressive and he wasn't into it? He led Heath and Carrie on in the worst way by making them both feel like he was in a relationship with them separately. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Carrie came off as a vain, demanding witch, but then everyone would say how nice she was and how much they liked her. Contradictions everywhere. Ronnie was so stuck on the idea of a "traditional" family that even while having sex with Heath (and not wanting sex with a woman), he still couldn't let go of the idea of marrying a woman.
The end was kind of the worst part. It was very unrealistic. The trip to Rome, the move and the very end were all just . . . off. With some work, this could be a great book; the idea is good, it just didn't feel cohesive. Plus the sex scenes between Heath and Ronnie got a little monotonous. They were almost all the same with little to no variation. Overall, it was okay. 500+ pgs.
