    Highly recommended. Great for people of all ages and physical abilities.

    I would like to thank the author for this little book. It's not the yoga I practiced when I was 17, but at 54 and disabled it's perfect for those of us who would still like to practice yoga in a form that is doable for the disabled person. The original book was written over 10 years ago and is still current. It is timeless. I highly recommend it to anyone of any age or physical ability.

    Morning wake up call

    This book was a wonderful. It shows you easy to do yoga poses, that if done daily are very beneficial. It was organized and easy to use. I found myself in a routine that was quick and simple and could be done before my baby woke in the morning. I would definitely recommend this to yoga beginners such as myself.

    Silly title, delightful book

    Great for that first-thing-in-the-morning stiffness, and for making an easy transition from sleeping to alert wakefulness. I had been hoping for something that felt a bit more officially yoga-ish, but this book won me over. In a very clear manner it walks you through a series of morning stretches, with a handy summary chart at the end for once you just need reminding of the sequence. Eventually I ended up modifying a few moves to suit me while still making sure I engaged every part of my body the same way the book does. The routine makes that morning walk down the stairs jaunty instead of achy, and for that alone it is worth doing. Great introduction to yoga, too, without being overwhelming.
