    Definitely recommended!!

    This cookbook is AWESOME. The recipes are delicious, the photographs are fantastic, and the history and details included in the pages are fascinating. This book would make a great addition to any cooking shelf, and it'd especially be a great gift for any VT Hokie, past or present! (Honestly, regardless of college affiliation, this book makes a great gift for anyone who enjoys making good food.) :)
