I love SJ Rozan but not this book
I have loved all of the books I have read by S.J. Rozan but this one was a huge disappointment. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
I wish I could get all of the Lydia Chin and Bill Smith series on my Nook but some of the early ones are not available.
This book spent to much time repeating facts and too little time getting on with the story. I couldn't even keep track of how many times it was mentioned the phones were out or reception was spotty. Really after the third or fourth time I just didn't even care anymore.

I have to say this is the worst Rozan book I have read. It was slow and had unending repetition. I have loved all of her other books but this one was not worth my time or money. What a huge disappointment. 9/11 was devastating I'm not trying to down play that but she spent so much time talking about what people felt and how there were no cars and no phones and..... If it was only said once or even twice it would have been ok, but it was repeated so many times. I probably only read 1/2 of the last half of the book. I had it all figured out before I had finished half the book and I would have had it sooner if not for all the extra descriptions she usually doesn't do. I say check it out of the library if you still feel compelled to read it... don't waste your money. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
