Accidental Duchess
No real plot. The characters aren't interesting. Every page was extra long with meanningless incounters. I love historical romance in general, but this book was the first one I could not finish. Eventhough I skipped so many chapters, it didn't make a different at the end of the book, I knew what was happening. Worst EVER!!!

Accidental Duchess
Save your money. The story was boring and paasionless. The main characters were boring. There was no real plot, just a bunch of people filling the pages with nonsenses and no real drama.

A very charming story..
This story was romantic and sweet. I enjoyed the witty banters and dialogue. This was just light and fun reading..no murders or scandals in this regency novel. Read it! You'll enjoy it.

Borderline Humor
I'm not sure what books previous readers have read to find this one so entertaining but I suggest they look further then this author. This book was average at best. The author does a fair job writing in first person, however, the humor is minimal at best.

Don't miss this scrumptious Regency mixup!
THE ACCIDENTAL DUCHESS is a merry tangle of mistaken identity when Lady Gwen marries the wrong man. Since birth she had been betrothed to Bertie Milburn. His twin brother Harry is the Earl of Cambourne and future Earl of Winfell. And believe me, Gwen¿s mother never let her forget it. Where Bertie is laid back and follows the fashions of the ton, Harry is very proper and loyal to his title and responsibilities. Everything comes to a head when Bertie gets back in town. This is one delightfully wicked book that will have you turning pages late into the night. It¿s funny, and it¿s stirring in a sensual way. My God, you can¿t wait until this marriage is consummated some how, some way. Whew, I need some smelling salts to revive me after all the interruptions that occur. Jessica Benson is a masterful storyteller! Suzanne Coleburn, Reader to Reader Reviews

Sexy, Funny book -- I loved it
I stayed up all night reading this -- it's a silly beginning (she doesn't know who she's marrying) but then it was really addictive and sexy whenI kept reading. I would really recommend it.
