    Great book!

Terrific and unusual story about two coming together while confronting the ghosts of the past and leaving behing their loneliness. Despite the sadness that surrounds the story, the book is actually very funny. It is the great combination of humor and emotion that makes this book such a pleasure to read. It is short enough (less than 200 pages) that you can read it in one sitting, but long enough to develop the characters and the plot fully, so it is never rushed. I highly recommend it.

Charlotte Stein has become one of my top three erotic authors.

Charlotte Stein has become one of my top three erotic authors. Her stories are always exceptionally dirty and always filled with emotion. One of my problems with erotica today is that the characters emotions are somehow removed from the kink. Like the dirty and the heartfelt cannot occur in the same moment. Stein has made it an art. Her characters are unlike any other authors. They seem so fantastical and real at the same time. One of the themes I especially appreciate in this book is the loneliness Kit and Dillon feel. Even while I find Kit's inner dialogue hilarious, the loneliness behind it breaks my heart. The sex in the story is not for entertainment; this is an integral part of their journey to fall in love.
