'Admired' is at the top of my 'must read list'! It is a shot of positive energy, and I'd recommend starting your day with a chapter of this book if you want to feel energized, and armed with simple tools to create value for and be admired by the 'MVPs' in your own life and work.

This book is a treasure trove of insightful lessons, thoughtful research and engaging stories from the trenches. Whether you are the head of a company of 10,000 employees, leading a team at a non-profit, starting a business of your own, teaching a class or running a family (or any combination of the above), the authors have shown that the key to being 'admired' in any business or personal role has everything to do with first creating value for others and enabling them to thrive.

Can't say enough positive things about 'Admired' - it's like my 10 favorite business books rolled into one -- with practical advice for organizational development, recruiting, motivational leadership, moving forward from setbacks, and being a creative and passionate contributor at all levels and in any role. I especially enjoy the open-ended questions at the end of each chapter ('Putting It to Work for You') that challenge the reader to immediately think through his or her own opportunities and challenges.

I'm getting copies of 'Admired' for all of my MVPs!
