Heart-wrenching tale about a mother, Chelsea, who suffers from Postpartum Depression and her infant daughter Annie that suddenly goes missing. Chelsea not knowing if she is the cause of the disappearance or if there is another suspect. She can't remember anything of that evening. Once I started this book I knew it was going to be roller coaster ride with twists and turns and my emotions all over the place. I never really knew anything about Postpartum Depression or how very dark your thoughts can go. An eye opener for me on that regards.
    Very Good Book! Highly Recommend!

    Intense

Organized, successful, self-confident and goal-oriented, Chelsea Maynard finally has the baby she has always wanted, able to complete her loving family. She is married to a perfect guy, Leo, who is her best friend and rock, great dad, supportive, able to cook, clean, shop...so life should be perfect, right????

New baby, Annabelle cries constantly, Chelsea, in spite of her family's support and help, is overwhelmed, sleep deprived and struggling with post-partum depression. She feels like a failure going through life like a zombie, detached, not connecting truly with anyone around her. The unthinkable happens and Annabelle goes missing! Chelsea can't remember what happened, everyone, including Chelsea are suspects!

Riveting, intense, emotional, painful, heart-wrenching, vivid, intense. Rosalind Noonan has taken two nightmarish subjects and combined them for an incredible read that puts you in the moment, plays with your heart! This is writing at its best, telling a story that, sadly can all happen in 'real life.' Grab the tissues. 5 Stars

Noonan has written an amazing novel that is filled with intense emotion and suspense that kept me in Chelsea's world more than mine until I finished it. I didn't want to put it down. My heart went out to her, I couldn't imagine being in that situation, it was painful to read.

Chelsea suffers through many sleepless nights as she deals with a newborn, her perfect life has certainly changed after the birth of the baby. The doctor dismisses her depression as the baby blues and then the unthinkable happens. The rest of the story is one that will keep you reading.

I received an ecopy of this book free from the publisher in exchange for an honest review

    Review:

"All she Ever Wanted" by Rosalind Noonan was a sad mystery contemporary
read. We find Chelsea Maynard after having a baby she has longed for so long is now battling 'sleep deprivation and feeling of isolation' and the baby Annabelle cries all the time only leaving Chelsea having 'dark visions fueled by exhaustion and self-doubt.' Chelsea goes to the doctor and doesn't get any comfort there. He refers to this a 'baby blues.' What kind of doctor wouldn't recognize these signs? What was going on to Chelsea has happened to many women. This was a very captivating read of this poor person suffering from 'post-partum depression(PPD).' Now, to add to some more problems for Chelsea her baby was now missing and she has no glue to where she is! Now, who had taken the baby? This is definitely one of those stories that will stay with you long after the read. This author did a wonderful job with this well written novel and illustrating the effects of 'PPD.' Be ready for many twist and turns because you may be kept guessing until the end. The characters were all well developed and all looked guilty at some time: Chelsea, Leo, Chelsea's sisters, neighbors and care workers, and even Leo's ex wife Detective Grace who seemed so intelligent and empathetic to Chelsea because she had been through this with her childbirth. I did like how this author did show points of views of PPD from the husband, wife and other family members. So, to find out who was behind the kidnap of Annabelle you will have to pick up"All She Ever Wanted" to see out this author will get this all delivered to the reader. There will be many leads but only one will be it.

Can many women relate to Postpartum depression? I think so. Would I recommend "All She Ever Wanted?" YES! I believe you will find it a interesting and captivating read.
