All new parents and grandparents will love this one!
Lovely lyrical prose and sweet illustrations make you want to snuggle up with your favorite infant or tot for a bedtime read. Move over "Pat the Bunny" and "Goodnight Moon" this is my new favorite babybook. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

sweet book of celebration
Which season do you like best? Author Deborah Lee Rose shares a poetic story in which a mother cat tells how much she loves her kitten, whether in autumn when they rake the leaves into piles; or in winter, when they run outside to race down the snow hills on sleds; or in spring, when they send their kites high on the winds; or in summer when they enjoy splashing together in the water; or in the fall again when the seasons come full circle with the leaves all ablaze. The warm, lush illustrations by Kay Chorao help to capture the many ways in which children are cherished all the year round. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. All the Seasons of the Year is a sweet book of celebration for the beauty of God's earth that mothers, fathers, grandparents, and other special people in a child's life will want to share with their children. It would be great for bedtime or naptime. In addition, it will foster a child's knowledge of the seasons. And it will assure the child of unconditional love, because as the seasons flow, children change and grow, so they need to know that they will be loved, not only through the changing seasons of the year, but also throughout the changing seasons of life. Any book which so focuses on the unconditional love of parents for children gets a high five from me.
