Great book for anyone with multiple food allergies.
My breast feed daughter is allergic to dairy, soy, egg, peanut, and tree nuts. This book has been extremely helpful in adding 'normal' foods back into both of our diets. It is uniquely written with options to substitute only the allergens that you need to avoid, which is a first for any cook book I've found. Great kid friendly foods that are also adult acceptable and taste great; highly important as I personally don't have the time to be cooking an allergy friendly meal as well as a 'normal' one for my older child and husband.

Almost every recipe includes 2 or 3 alternatives depending on your allergy or sensitivity.
