    Excellent historical account!

This book has an excellent historical account of the tragic events the took place on September 11th, particularly relevant to the young reader or listener who was not alive during the event. The superb illustrations and detailed text make it accessible for lots of different readers. Coming in at nearly 50 pages, it is not a short picture book that glosses over the events of the day. Rather it gives an accurate sequence of the day, complete with the emotion of the day. A good read for upper elementary students, it could also be read to kids in grade 3 with guidance and discussion. I would recommend it highly to those trying to teach our next generations the import and impact the day had on our country.
