Perhaps my expectations were too high given the authors background. Spends way too much time with possible scenarios which, while interesting, don't really address the 'why' in sufficient detail. What I see in his priamry solution is changing the 'system.' What is entirely lacking is the factor of 'personal accountability.' Merely looking or attempting to change a system, if nobody is accountable, is like 'rearranging the chairs on the Titanic.'Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. A MUST READ FOR ALL AMERICANS
The security agency's around the country need to read this book. The author, Stephen Flynn details what we have done to improve security since the 9/11 attacks, and the mountain of reform still needed in the homeland security business. This is not a 'blame game' book. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
