    This book is great!!

I love this book, I just got it and have been working on the exercises right now! I feel at one with the book because of the mix of ancient history which I love, the science of the chakras lined up with body parts and the overall tone of the book! I have enjoyed just reading through it and I can't get enough! By far, one of the best books about psychic abilities I own and I own about 20! I kid you not! I FINALLY found the right book!!! For all of you out there looking for a good read or those who want to start a psychic journey get this book! You have to have a good foundation on any subject before you start it and this book is great for a psychic and spiritual beginning!

The one Metaphysical book to buy this year

It is said in Martial Arts that elegance and simplicity are the secret to success and Mr. De long has achieved what few others in the field of Metaphysics have. In his new book 'Ancient Teachings for Beginners' he has achieved a blend of simplicity suitable for the beginner and combined it with the elegance of a master. With 'Ancient Teachings for Beginners' Doug De long has created a book that explains in simple language what Metaphysics is all about and combined it with the exercises that form the backbone of his craft. Like martial arts, Mr. De long has proved with this volume that to master the basics is to become the master. Unlike other books of the same genre, Mr. De long has managed to create an interesting and informative book that will intrigue the reader new to Metaphysics while at the same time teaching more in one volume than most books do in a full training series. Mr. De long will take the reader on an exciting trip into the past exploring subjects as diverse as the 'real' history of Christ to the Ancient teachings of Egypt and how they fit together to form the underpinnings of Metaphysics as we understand them today. In addition to forming a backdrop with which to understand Metaphysics Mr. De long has created a training manual suitable for the novice and the expert alike. Using this book as a guide it is possible for the beginner to master the key elements of Metaphysics. If you want answers, as well as a how to manual in plain language, without the padding and dogma so often associated with Metaphysics this is the book for you. Written in language that is easy to read and understand you will be seeing Auras, working with Charkas, and much more if you take the time to practice this books easy to master exercises. If all you want is an informative read then skip the practice but don¿t skip the book. If you buy any book this year buy this one. A must read for any serious student of Metaphysics or anyone interested in understanding this fascinating subject.
