I Also Recommend:
Not my Favorite
I love to read books by Lurlene McDaniel but this was my least favorite one by a long shot. I never was really sad like I was during Garden Angels or the Pink Angels series. It was not my favorite:(Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

Book lacks convincing plot
While the concept of the story is good, McDaniel was not able to carry it off. First of all, Leah was not at all convincing. She's 16 years old, has had a very unstable childhood, and you're trying to tell me she's as innocent as she comes off? She never utters a word stronger than 'darn,' she's still a virgin, and while McDaniel tells us she is bitter and unhappy, we don't really see that in her actions very often. The plot itself feels forced very often, especially near the end. Halfway through the book the ending was obvious, and it was not told very convincingly. Was this review helpful? Angels Watching Over Me (Angels Trilogy Series #1)
When I was reading, Angels Watching Over Me, by Lurlene McDaniel, I had a different opinion on Angels before. After I had read the book I now see things from a different way. Lurlene showed angels in a way I had not thought of. The angels helped Leah get through her hard times and they were always there by her side. I can relate to the way the character was feeling because was once in that situation feeling left out. This book is a good story because it has good topics and good point of views. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
