When I downloaded this collection, I was quite pleased with the quality of the transfer into the epub format. However, a few things should be noted.

1. This collection does not include Anne of Green Gables, Anne of Windy Poplars, or Anne of Ingleside. I'm not sure why they left out the first book in the series, but since it is easy to find a good free edition, I'm not complaining. The later two books--Windy Poplars & Ingleside--are both still in copyright as they were written significantly later than the other books in the series. That's why they're not available as ebooks yet.

2. This edition does contain both Chronicles of Avonlea and Further Chronicles of Avonlea.

3. It does have an active table of contents that allows you to move from book to book within the series, but you cannot jump from chapter to chapter within the books.

Some may find these flaws annoying; if that is the case, I suggest that you download individual ebooks for each book in the series. Personally, I'm just happy to have the words in a clear and readable format, so I'll ignore the other problems.

Incomplete

I was so excited for the whole series, especially since I haven't read either of the Chronicles books. But it is missing Anne of Windy Poplars and Anne of Ingleside. Why leave out two books in the middle????

    Anne of Ingleside

Yes there is a book called Anne of Ingleside. It's between Anne's House of Dreams and Rainbow Valley.
