    The best thing to come along in jazz in decades

    She is sensational! So much of modern jazz and improvisation is cluttered with higher, faster, louder. Melody and line have been missing for so long. Hiromi returns to melody and makes it central in all of her tunes. The energy, technique, and soul in each note is amazing for such a young artist. If you haven't listened to her, start now! You will not be disappointed.

    breathtaking

    Hiromi is by far the best jazz pionist no one is listening to. I have been studying jazz for years and I have no problem ranking her up there with the greats.
