    Entertaining and Refreshing Fantasy Marvel

Another excellent read as part of the new Godwin/the Boy Magician continuing fantasy saga with its second book, ¿Apello the Piffel.¿ Imagine a dog with an instinct for sniffing out magic. Once a beautiful dog killed by trolls, only to be reconstructed out of earth and lightning by Godwin and Landolin/the Earth Fairy, he emerges as a furry rockling and becomes Godwin¿s lifelong friend and protector. This is a boisterously entertaining and refreshing fantasy marvel for anyone with an appetite for going beyond Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings.

One of the most fun fantasies Ever!

Apello the Piffel is one of the most enjoyable books I have ever read period. Even though it's written for young readers, I think it's a masterpiece for readers of any age. It's braod in scope, imagination, and has an outrageous sense of humor. And what I like about it - and the whole GODWIN/ The Boy Magician series - is that it comes from an angelic consciousness. A lot of fantasies come from witchcraft and sorcery as a part of their core. This is a classic good over evil tale. And the series is terrific. I can't wait for book three to come out!
