Pretty impressed
I have several bread baking books already and another pile on sourdoughs. Not sure why I bought this one. I was reading the preface and felt a little discouraged when I read that the author preferred live yeast, but then he informed his readers how to substitute dry. Once I got into the body of the book I was really impressed. The photos are wonderful and also by the author. The recipes are a little unusual and the introductions to each recipe by the author are very intrigueing. I cant wait to try out the recipes.
