Excellent Holiday Gift for Your Office Mates

This is probably the best gift you can get for your co-workers, direct reports, or boss. Simply written, easy to read, sensible, and most of all, compassionate. If the whole team read this book, the entire vibe at the office would no doubt change. In fact if just one person reads it, it will affect positive change.

    Good but not great

I am not a buddhist, I am a Conservative Lutheran, but I enjoy reading asian works. This book is very well written and helped me out. Howevwer there are parts in this book that are very slow. Over all I enjoyed it.

    Happiness at work

Sometimes it's hard to find and I learned a lot from a guy whose entire life has been dedicated to the study of mindfulness and calm. There at moments in my office where this comes in quite handy. The Dalai Lama provided a great endorsement of the book recommended below and it is excellent as well, as it comes with a free EQ test online.

    That Illusive Gem

We all seek it, and it's a joy to find. Happiness is there, waiting to be discovered

This book was not as enlightening as I had hoped for.

While this book did provide some interesting findings...it was more of a psuedo-spiritual rehashing of some of the recent business books and psychological trends in business.
