Pretty Good

The story was pretty good. It has alot of 'language' but I found it funny in the way the author used it. Towards the end though the author over used 'cried' to describe how everone spoke. It seemed like a huge lack of imagination on the authors part.

    Hmmm

I found it to be very long winded 373 pages could have been cut dawn to 200 very easily. It had a good story but i cant tell you how many times i fast forwarded 10 to 15 pages and was still at the same scenerio, and missed nothing pertaing to the story. I dont think i would buy the rest of the series because of that fact.

    Okay read.

I had a hard time finishing this book. I enjoyed the book, i mean it was entertaining but i never connected to the characters. And they always did the one thing they said they never do. Like Kerrick having sex with Alison when he said he would never break his vows because of his late wife. Honestly i thought the book would go way differently and i really thought the warriors of the blood i.e. Kerrick and marcus were angels and i was really thrown off when vampire was mentioned. If your looking for a light read and actually some good sex this book is for you otherwise dont spend the money.
