    Loved It!

This book was the best! But I cried so much when Wanderer and Black Night died. This book was so sad, but I couldn't take my eyes of off the page.

    Wonderful Older Children's Book

I read these books voraciously when I was younger. It's possible that they are the reason why I love to read as much as I do now. All of the Thoroughbred series books are simply fantastic, especially for young horse lovers! There's information in the books about horses that is applicable in real life. About this one in particular: better for the older child, as it IS a sad story and is longer than the others. Great plot, great characters, great book! Definitely worth reading.

    Saddest Book....

I loved this book. But its so incredibly sad, I cried at the end. Especially when Black Night died...she loved him so much. It's a wonderful book, and it makes me remember how good this series used to be. Did anyone else want her to go back to the farm and see Stardust again after all those years? I really wanted to see that happen. Good book...read it.

    Sad But Awesome

THIS BOOK IS AWESOME!!! :) It was soooo sad when the horses died ,it must have been tragic for Ashleigh. If that ever happened to me I don`t know what I`d do . I like Black Night the best he sounds so cute and funny (then again all horses are cute and funny) . I also like Stardust .She`s so loyal. I would definetely want a horse like that. I hope you enjoy the book .

    A Sad, Sad Book

Only read this book if; (a) If you don't cry eaisily and (b) you like horses and animals but don't care if the author puts in 20 HORSE DEATHS!!! I'm telling you, I cried more times when I read this book than any other I've read. It was even sadder than the first Heartland book, Coming Home, for those of you who have read it. There is alot of good things in Ashliegh's Diary, but the ending isn't very good. If you are just starting out with the Thoroughbred series, I reccomend you read the first book, A Horse Called Wonder, before this one. If you don't, you might get too depressed, thinking Ashliegh's life is going to be a total waste, and full of missery. 3 stars is the most I'll give it.

    Sadly Satisfying

This was such a sad book. I had always wondered what had happened to Ashleigh before she went to Townsend Acres. This book explains her past, which comes in handy for the series. When her memories from Edgardale come up in the series, you can remember all her trials. It sort of completes a part of the puzzle. This book is highly recommended.

Ashleigh's Diary :(Thoroughbred: Super Edition Series #2)

I thought this book was SoOo good but SoOo sad. I love all the horses blacknight, stardust, and all the other ones. When the disease carried through the barn it sounded horrible. It made me cry when i was finding out about all those horses dieing, and that after those horses dieing the finacial problems they had. After what happened to them i felt so bad for them all, losing one horse was really tuff on me, but when they lost quite a bit it must of been tuff on them all. I thought the book was really good though. I think you should read it because it is a really good book.

Ashleigh's Diary :(Thoroughbred: Super Edition Series #2)

I thought this book was SoOo good but SoOo sad. I love all the horses blacknight, stardust, and all the other ones. What made me laugh though was how Bandit and his mother acted. And how Bandit acted at the end, with Moe and all. Bandit sounded so cute so did Blacknight. And when Asleigh was going through that i felt SoOo bad for her, that must of been tough.it made me remember my past when my horse Flash was put down. If i were her i would felt like life was the worst thing ever. I would recommend this book because it is so good.

    Ashliehg's Diary

Ashleigh's Diary is one of the best books that I've ever read in this series. It's hard to explain (or read) without crying because it relates to the story of my colt, Blaze, and me. I was the only one that could go near him without getting kicked in the process! If you haven't read this book, you need to. It's very touching.

    THE GREAT BEGINING

this book is about the Griffen family farm's tragic ending, and about not giving up even if you have to start all over. I like this book because Ilove horses and animals. IF YOU LIKE THIS BOOK YOU'LL LOVE THE REST OF THE SERIES!
