Adequate Reference Guide
The AP Guide to Punctuation is a handy little reference guide. I consider Strunk & White's The Elements of Style to be the gold standard of excellence when it comes to books on grammar and style. Still, the AP Guide was easy to understand, full of examples, and very well organized. The chapters are alphabetized in order of punctuation type, which makes it a convenient guide to reference later on when you're in the middle of writing a paper and need to know when to use a comma, or a semicolon--or even a dash. Was this review helpful?
