well organized, and well executed. This book was just what I was looking for: quick, easy to prepare recipes that were relatively low calorie. While I'm not a runner, I do prefer to cook on the light side. My only suggestion would be to create an index in the back listing recipes by the categories accompanying each recipe i.e. Meals for Training, Meals for Recovery, etc

Read This Book Only If You Want To Stay Healthy!
This is a terrific cookbook filled with awesome recipes for people looking to control their calorie intake and maintain their weight. My wife and I use recipes from this book at least four times a week. The meals are interesting, flavorful and augment our fitness regimen.
