Recommended as the basis for all fitness workouts.
As a certified fitness trainer and coach of a very technical sport, I see many people with poor functional strength who think they're great athletes, only to get frustrated because they don't see the success they expect from themselves. The information in this book has opened my eyes to understand why they aren't successful as they want to be. I intend to utilize this information as the basis of starting a workout program. The information contained in this book is good not just for athletes but everyone! Some of the detailed ratings seem a little strange for this kind of book, which is why sentiments are either deselected or rated lower. Those ratings in no way reflect poorly on this book. It's very easy to understand and will be a mainstay in my practice.
