Hot erotica with fun backdrop and likable characters

Ella is a workaholic type with no plans on New Years Eve. Having spend the day at the office, time gets away from her. Rushing for the last bus and hoping to get out of downtown before the onslaught of parties, she twists her ankle before missing the bus then realizes she'd locked herself out of her office building.

Lee, the handsome barista in the coffee shop in her building, comes to her rescue. While he tends to her ankle, she learns he's retired military and owns the shop. She also learns, he's harbored a crush on her. Surprised the muscular man is interested in her and wanting a change in her life, Ella decides to take a chance.

And what a chance it is. These two got hotter than a cup of coffee. Great sensual scenes between two, likable people. By the end, I was rooting for their future.

    A sweet, sexy story

What an amazing story. Well written, sweet, and hotter than the Fourth of July. I loved every minute of it. A must read!

    Great Spicy Romance

Auld Lang Sigh is a fun story with a great setting- who wouldn't be up for having a little fun with the local hunky barista (or is it baristo?)? If you like a little lust with your coffee, then check this short story out!

Highly Recommended!!! As hot as the fireworks on New Years!!!

Once again, Jennifer Conner does not disappoint with Auld Lang Sigh. The fireworks display on New Years has nothing on the heat and intensity of Lee and Ella's sensual adventure. A must read for anyone looking for a spicy romance!
