If you want to be mentally challenged this might just do it.
A curious book, more a case of getting the brain cells to activate than providing a blueprint. It provides a conceptual framework of what would be good for you to eat and provides some information of which foods belong in which categories, some surprising partners which tend to set up a state of puzzlement then thought but no 'Ah Ha' moment to follow. I also found the people types hard to work out as they all seemed to me to be a cross between two types. I will be reading it again, several times like as not, it seems to get under the skin a little bit, needs scratching you feel as if it will all make wonderful sense one day, but not quite yet.Was this review helpful? I always found the subject of Ayurveda very complex and hard to understand, till I found this book. This a wonderful research on this subject with references to Food and Body and coming from a world class chef, Vikas Khanna. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
