What you are looking for is right in front of you
When I first saw this book, I didn't know that Harlequin published any black authors. It was a wonderfful surprise. I have read other books by Ms. Amos and enjoyed them so Bachelorette Blues was no surprise. At times I laughed so hard at the antics of the lead character Shayna, on her quest to find the perfect man that I had to put the book down to hold my sides. BB was a good read that kept up the flow from page one. Never a dull moment. When bad things starts to happen to Shayna after she throws away a chain letter sent to her by her niece everything that could go wrong does, but only in the presence of the one man Shayna does not want to fall in love with, Max. A very warm and funny book. You will not regret buying it.Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
